Estate Dispute Resolution: Changing Landscapes with David Fraundorfer I Webinar

There has been a considerable increase in disputes that are intensely personal, and family related, while also involving sophisticated underlying commercial assets.

This can lead to complex scenarios that require unique skills and tactics to be able to navigate and successfully resolve with ease. In this webinar David Fraundorfer, alongside Jenna Curtis, will discuss the changing landscape of estate dispute resolution and explore how mediators can best tackle various scenarios to ensure the best outcome for their clients.

This practical webinar will focus on:

  • An overview of the current trends in the estate/trusts litigation sphere

  • Techniques and skills used to resolve these types of disputes;

  • Dealing with complex trust structures and family dynamics; and

  • Useful dispute-resolution tactics that are employed in this area

Regardless of whether you currently work in this space, or hope to in the future, it will be a valuable learning session. There will also be an opportunity for Q&A.

Open to all. Complimentary attendance for AMINZ members.
