  • Monique Pearson

    Executive Director

    Monique is responsible for both the strategic leadership and operational management of AMINZ. She collaborates with the Council to set and execute strategic direction while managing stakeholder relationships, advocacy, and representing the interests of our members.

    Monique also oversees our training and education programmes alongside the Professional Studies Team. She guides the organisation toward its goals, ensures alignment between governance and day-to-day operations, and maintains financial oversight to support sustainable growth.
