    Executive Director

    Monique is responsible for both the strategic leadership and operational management of AMINZ. She guides the organisation toward its goals, ensures alignment between governance and day-to-day operations, and maintains financial oversight to support sustainable growth. Monique also oversees the AMINZ training and education programmes alongside the Professional Studies Team.
