Tāmaki Makaurau Hui | Auckland Breakfast Meeting October

  • The Northen Club 19 Princes Street Auckland, Auckland, 1010 New Zealand (map)

Rise and shine for our regular breakfast! Join us for networking, discussions, and inspiration as we welcome Holland Beckett’s Thomas Refoy-Butler and Stella Stretton.

It’s a well-worn proverb that justice delayed is justice denied, which would leave many people wondering whether justice is being achieved at all these days. Last year in the Auckland High Court the average waiting time from the date the case was categorised as ready to be set down for hearing was 620 days. Thomas and Stella shed light on the current delays and inefficiencies they are seeing in the civil Courts, when and how to effectively implement alternative dispute resolution and the role of Legal Aid and Pro Bono work in maximising outcomes for clients.

We're thrilled to announce our collaboration with Holland Beckett once more, following their sponsorship as the Conference App sponsor at the recent AMINZ Conference. Their continued support is invaluable to AMINZ and our members.

Whether you're an AMINZ member or not, everyone is welcome! Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and make meaningful connections.
