National Panel of Conciliator Admission Review

Clause 10.5 of the By-laws provides that Panel membership shall be reviewed every three years (having regard to the Guidelines for Panel Membership and Review specified in Schedule 6 of the By-Laws).

We need to ensure that Panel and List members are still actively working in the relevant area of work of the Panel or List they are on and adequately skilled and experienced to remain on the Panel and List.

Each applicant should be sponsored by two referees who, from their personal knowledge of the candidate, can support the applicant as a fit and proper person. Please provide the names and contact details of two referees.
