A Police Officer, a husband, a father and a self-proclaimed Backyard Philosopher (seldom in that order…)
Born in Hawkes Bay where I learned the fine art of winemaking before moving to Auckland and joining the NZ Police in 2010. I Experienced policing in South Auckland and Gisborne and I now live in Tawa, Wellington. Though I have worked in many vastly contrasted roles throughout my career, the majority of time (including the last seven years) have been within the family violence space, from first and secondary Police response and now with a national lens.
