Vaccination in the Workplace

The latest Covid-19 lockdown is throwing up very different issues from the 2020 lockdowns.

The current questions being asked by employers and employees are mostly about vaccinations, the balance of health and safety obligations, individual freedoms, and human rights.

Some of these questions are in the early stages of being answered by the Courts. The development of law is moving at rapid pace with a number of cases cropping up in recent weeks and more to appear in front of the Court in the near future.

In this webinar, Maria Dew, QC will discuss the Courts’ decisions around vaccinations in the workplace, and how this complex matter in employment relations can be approached. Maria Dew, QC, (Britomart Chambers) leads complex legal matters with a focus on employment law, professional misconduct and human rights. Her practice spans advocacy in the Courts, instructions as independent counsel in reviews and investigations and mediation. This webinar will be a fascinating discussion and one not to be missed!
