About the Speaker: Ariana Stuart
Ariana is a Senior Associate in Dentons Kensington Swan's Construction and Major Projects team. She advises clients across the industry, both at local and international level including government, statutory bodies and territorial authorities, principals, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and insurers.
Ariana helps resolve a wide range of disputes on construction projects and has specialist expertise in litigating performance bonds. Ariana also advises clients on issues arising during the life of projects. She drafts and negotiates contracts for road, transport, social housing and other infrastructure projects, including public private partnerships.
