Kick off 2025 with the first Ōtautahi Christchurch Network Meeting on Thursday, 27 March, featuring The Honorable Sir William Young KNZM KC FAMINZ (Arb). A special thanks to Wynn Williams for generously hosting.
Join us to hear from Hon Sir William Young KNZM KC FAMINZ (Arb) on Judicial Attitudes to Alternative Dispute Resolution
In today’s fast-paced and increasingly complex business environment and with court time a precious and expensive resource, Alternative Dispute Resolution methods have become increasingly accepted for resolving conflicts efficiently and effectively. Understanding how the judiciary perceives and engages with these methods is essential for ADR practitioners, businesses, legal professionals, and policymakers alike.
Sir William will share with us some of his experiences and opinions and will no doubt have some great anecdotes for the audience.
