Crispin & Kevin will present what happens in a commercial recovery case.  From the legal process and practice to the human and reputational aspects, they will provide some insight into how banks and debtors, with the assistance of their legal and other professional advisors, typically resolve issues arising from a commercial finance default. In addition to the statutorily imposed Farm Debt Mediation scheme, the parties and their advisers should try to achieve their objectives with the least cost, inconvenience and stress. Alternative dispute resolution plays an important role in these processes.  

Crispin is a Partner of Anthony Harper and specialises in Insolvency law. Crispin advises a wide range of clients, including banks, finance companies, insolvency practitioners (receivers, liquidators, administrators) and the Official Assignee on all facets of insolvency and recovery matters.
