About the Speaker: Wayne Marriott - Organisational Ombuds

Wayne Marriott has worked in dispute resolution since 2000. He took up the inaugural position as Organisational Ombuds for the Auckland University of Technology in 2021.

He has a Masters Degree in Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding from the Eastern Mennonite University [Virginia], and currently service on the board of the International Ombuds Association as Treasurer.

Wayne and Natalie have four wonderful children and two gorgeous grandchildren.
