Tim Lindsay

Tim is a founding partner of specialist business litigation and arbitration firm Lindsay & Francis.  He is an experienced trial lawyer before domestic courts and domestic and international arbitration tribunals, with particular expertise in disputes concerning corporate, M&A and securities transactions, shareholder and creditor rights, complex contracts, and foreign investment law, across a broad range of industries.  Tim was previously an international arbitration and litigation partner in the London office of US law firm Dechert LLP.
