Join us as Henry Moore delves into how mediation can transform the resolution of disputes in the sports industry in his presentation titled Game-Changer: The Role of Mediation in Sports Disputes
Here’s what the session will explore:
The establishment of the Sports and Recreation Complaints and Mediation Service four years’ ago fundamentally changed the face of dispute resolution in sport, forever, and opened up a pathway for resolving disputes from the grass roots through to the elite level. Henry Moore brings a unique and qualified insight into why change was needed, the inequities that mediation can resolve that other forms of dispute resolution cannot, and where mediation needs to evolve to in order to remain a viable option.
