We’re excited to bring you a workshop-style webinar with AMINZ Associate FDR Member Toni McErlane exploring Nonviolent Communication.
This two hour webinar will provide experiential learning of the fundamental principles and ways in which Nonviolent Communication can support your mediation practice. You will take away some simple and easily applied principles that can be implemented immediately.
Nonviolent Communication is a philosophy and set of principles developed by Dr Marshall Rosenberg to support an authentic, and clear communication framework that supports holding others with unconditional positive regard, despite their differing perspectives. It is a framework that you can use in your practice to create a shared understanding of consideration and regard with your mediation clients and to support them to do their best to model those qualities with each other.
Registrations are now open! Given the workshop nature of the session, spaces will be strictly limited, so do get in quick if you want to join the workshop!
