Join the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Center for their upcoming webinar Managing the Chaos and Conflict of Software Disputes
Software project success rates across the last three decades make for confronting reading. In 2022, the last of the Chaos Reports by Boston based Standish Group stated only 35% of projects were deemed successful, having been completed on time, on budget, and with satisfactory functionality implemented.
As an executive, CTO or CIO, programme or project manager, in-house lawyer or external lawyer, systems implementation or quality assurance consultant or other project contributor, you may often feel like the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff, forced to sort out a conflicted tangled mess and all too late in the circumstances.
In this webinar, subject matter experts will discuss the challenge, specifically:
How misalignment or failure emerges
Constructive processes to get more control and-de-risk projects
How to resolve emerging contract disputes as soon as they arise in timely and cost-effective ways.
