Ever wondered what goes into the America’s Cup decision making? AMINZ is absolutely delighted to advise that our first Auckland breakfast of the year at 7.30am on Thursday 11 March 2021 will feature all three members of the America’s Cup Arbitration Panel (ACAP) as our guest speakers.

Join us at the Northern Club. AMINZ Auckland Network Convenor Kate Wiseman will chair as David Tillett, Dr Henry Peter and Graham McKenzie discuss why arbitration is the dispute resolution system for the America’s Cup. They’ll provide insight into the choice of ACAP members and their jurisdiction; cover whether and why mediation has proven to be a helpful addition to their arbitration role; and draw on decided cases for illustration where they can. Their presentation will include plenty of time for Q&A, so come prepared with your questions.
