Denise is a seasoned leader in the dispute resolution industry, bringing a wealth of expertise and skills in mediation, arbitration, conflict resolution, and training. With a law degree, Masters in conflict resolution and as a Fellow of AMINZ, dispute resolution is a significant part of Denise’s working life. Outside of law, Denise has worked as a part-time farmer on a lifestyle block, giving her a close affinity with rural communities.

Baden practices as a lawyer, mediator, and arbitrator, with a focus on resolving diverse issues, including farm debt, land disputes, and employment matters. He possesses specific expertise in dispute resolution processes involving Maori parties and is recognised as a Fellow of AMINZ and an accredited farm debt mediator.

Barry Jordan will guide the conversation, facilitating an engaging and informative discussion between our speakers and the audience.
