The Science of Wellbeing

The science of wellbeing can help us to better understand the impact that everyday choices have on the way we feel, function and connect.  In a world where stressors can seem relentless, this knowledge can make a powerful difference and can have an impact on our wellbeing and the wellbeing of parties in dispute.

Kelly Gough, founder and CEO of Evolve People, will present some research and share some practical resources about wellbeing, and how it leads to resilience and ensure that we thrive in our work as dispute resolvers.
