Submission on the Grocery Code of Conduct

AMINZ members know better than anyone how effective dispute resolution processes can be across almost every sector and scenario. At present, suppliers within the New Zealand grocery sector do not have adequate access to access dispute resolution mechanisms.

Council, alongside Resolution Institute, recently prepared a submission in response to the Grocery Code of Conduct consultation paper from MBIE.

This was submitted with the goal to shine the light on the importance of access to justice for those within the grocery sector, alongside highlighting how AMINZ could play an offical role within the sector going forward.
