Ready to take the next step in your professional journey? Read more from Royden Hindle as he shares insights about our upcoming AMINZ Advanced Arbitration Seminar!
I am delighted to share details about the Advanced Arbitration Seminar scheduled for Thursday 2 May 2024.
This seminar is a regular part of our educational offerings, occurring biennially with the aim of enriching the expertise of arbitration practitioners. Geared towards experienced arbitration counsel and arbitrators, this seminar serves as both a refresher on key concepts and an exploration of topics at an advanced level. It is important to note that this seminar is not introductory in nature.
This year, I am pleased to announce that we will be joined by Paul Sills, Deputy Director of Professional Studies for AMINZ, and Nicole Smith, President of AMINZ, further enhancing the depth and breadth of our discussions.
While the Advanced Seminar provides standalone value for those seeking to enhance their skills in arbitration, it is also the precursor event for the Institute's Fellowship process in Arbitration. Fellowship represents the pinnacle of membership, indicating a senior level of achievement through a rigorous examination and assessment process.
Earning this qualification means you can promote your expertise by using the post-nominals FAMINZ, which is a sought-after status within the profession. Fellowship of AMINZ also opens the way for Fellowship of the UK-based Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
Embarking on the journey towards Fellowship is a demanding but worthwhile process. It can commence with your participation in the Advanced Seminar on 2 May at Bankside Chambers.
I look forward to engaging with you at the upcoming Seminar.
